Audra P. Flint, MSPT
Audra has been a licensed physical therapist for over 20 years. She graduated second in her class with her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in 1992. Since then she has had the pleasure to work in Massachusetts and South Carolina before moving back to Connecticut in 1996.
Audra has always been a recreational athlete and understands the desire to stay active and fit for a lifetime. It is her passion to improve not only a patient’s current injury or problem, but his or her overall level of health and fitness. She strongly believes in educating patients on injury prevention and giving them an arsenal of exercises and information to stay healthy after discharge.
After undergoing a partial knee replacement herself in 2011, Audra fully appreciates the anxiety and expectations of major reconstructive surgery. She knows the pain and hard work that is experienced with rehabilitation. She approaches her post-surgical patients with a level of empathy and understanding that can only come from shared experience. That being said, she has the highest expectations from her post- surgical patients and is not satisfied until all of their goals are met.
